The leadership team always makes decisions in the best interest of the salesforce. In addition to that, they are always working on making the company better for the newest person

They're incredibly supoortive, knowledgeable and insightful. They give us a simple workflow to follow that, when we plug into it, keeps our bussiness growing.

Damirra and Damien Bolden are the best. Mika Saunders has done a great job developing and empowering her leadership team

clarity. A lot of answers, especially when it comes to compensation is met with a vague response

Better a training and diversity

Be more discriminate in hiring people. Make some kind of attempt to find people that have the skills to succeed. Stop the numbers games.

The earning potential is wonderful. Even on the low end, we average out with a decent hourly wage. Though not hourly, I like to break it down that way.

I can make as much money as I want.

i do a lot for multiple teams and always clean up messes yet my hard work is never recognized.

An hourly wage until i am making a certain commission.

Pay during training, and not charge us or rip us off for every little thing

Again diversity and, better training

Typically no communication between agents. Meetings never helped because the same few "top performers" did nothing but talk about themselves during the many meetings held each week.

My coworkers are fine, nothing they need to improve. Many of them are great people and even greater workers.

Work together and not treat eachother so bady

Support from leadership and time to focus on a project would be a vast improvement.

There is no real support. Over and over they brag about the support agents receive, but there is none.

Removal of all deception and inconduitive false prophecy because incinduitive false prophecy cannot get better only worse.

More communication top down. Middle management is bad at best when it comes to sharing corporate strategy or coaching.

Leadership never acknowledges mistakes. Leadership blames others and encourages others to look for blame as well. Leadership is all too happy to throw their own people under the bus.
