The very few associates that make the day easy and fun. Many are new which is understandable. When we work as team and help each other out makes it a fun and toleranle work enviroment

Ive been with this company for a while now and i am getting paid less than new associates. I am always chosen to complete tasks and i get them done. It feels as if im the only one doing anything some days. Ive pulled through for the team so many times im starting to lose motivation to come into work
