What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership in the creative director design apparel VP Heads do not help the apparel teams, they are too in the weeds looking at numbers and finances, versus helping the workers innovate.

Their job. Keeping their word and following labor laws

Being professional, fair and consistent

Keeping there hands to there self and not be inappropriate and taking there personal problems out on other ppl

Being truthful with important info regarding the employees. You should tell us about bonuses and how we can get them For sure and how we can miss out on them .. keep us safe .. middle of a surge from covid and they knew this and still our store was packed .. alot of us got covid and brought it home
