I am lucky to work with a great team managers n associates
Comfortability to communicate effectivley , everyone is comfortable to ask eachother for help when they are unsure of where to find or how to do something. Team members in my store specifically are always willing to help teach eachother whoch is super important in a team.

Apparel Men Leaders have demonstrate a commitment to change and model the behaviors that are positive and inclusive. everyone is afraid of the heads
Follow the basic labor laws
Mgmt looks to find fault instead of coaching
Comply with our understanding of a fair and equal oportunities company. It is not equal when there are favorites. Member who violate policies do it with impunity. My integrity was question by one of the leaders with no other reason that complaine about the violations and lock of intefrity, regular.
