How management was welcoming. But now it has become messy and they hang in clicks

The recruiter (who is no longer there) was extremely rude and was bargaining down my salary. She yelled at me for not responding early enough.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management as I stated before because they hangout personally with some of the floor team it brings favoritism. Some employees can call in but when others call in it is a problem.

The senior leadership team needs to change, I think they dont really understand the values of Ralph Lauren nor do they deliver on the CEO message.
