I would love paid holidays.
More hours and money would be great
I believe pay should be based on the amount and type of work that you do for each particular client. You get the same pay whether you're driving a client around or changing soiled diapers and giving bed baths.
They communicate more to make sure that you know what is going on
I love working with people but I absolutely do not like going in to see or talk to the staff
