Health care is now offered
There are no benefits, there is no pto, there’s not even full time employment being offered to get such “benefits”. There are no raises. Employee referral bonuses which are a joke because people dont want to work for what doesnt amount to much more than minimum

The best thing about our teams(we have 3 locations) is that everyone is involved in the success of the company. Our leader allows us to be creative, share our ideas, not to mention we are one big melting pot.

pretty much everything. It can improve once the owner has an idea how things work. They want us to come up with solutions to make THEM more money...no way

I think the office needs to be retrained and evaluated. The owner seems to let the office staff run his company and doesn't care about the needs of the employees that go out in the field and work hard for the company
