There are no benefits, there is no pto, there’s not even full time employment being offered to get such “benefits”. There are no raises. Employee referral bonuses which are a joke because people dont want to work for what doesnt amount to much more than minimum

More pay and gas fair

The best thing about our teams(we have 3 locations) is that everyone is involved in the success of the company. Our leader allows us to be creative, share our ideas, not to mention we are one big melting pot.

They work as a team and good communication skills

everyone has to work together. There is too much division

I have no co-workers. I work alone.

My co workers that are not in office are great! The office staff is horrible and have a big turnover. No one good stays.

Everyone at my Right at Home truly believes in our core value of empathy, respect and understanding to not just our clients but toward each other!

It was pretty straightforward. Mostly videos and basic rules and guidelines to be gone over.

Getting a chance to interview with the actual owner of the company. That was very unexpected.

Nothing, it was extremely intense with an excessive amount of questions and a bit of deceitfullness from what I actually experienced after being hired.

pretty much everything. It can improve once the owner has an idea how things work. They want us to come up with solutions to make THEM more money...no way

Increase in my hourly wage.

I think the office needs to be retrained and evaluated. The owner seems to let the office staff run his company and doesn't care about the needs of the employees that go out in the field and work hard for the company
