Love it, haven't been here long , I don't see myself going anywhere else anytime soon. Great place to work and I enjoy waking up in the morning to be here. Definitely could name more good things that have came out of my employment here than I can bad things. I take pride in what I do at Select Sires

Good at handling difficult conversations and difficult people, they are also a very amicable group of people.

Almost all of the people are great and very friendly, that is the main thing that keeps me working here. I love the company events that allow you to have fun with your coworkers and to meet more of the people that I see everyday
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
Seeing my coworkers who have slowly became my friends over the years and being able to have a positive work environment where not everybody is just there for a paycheck like amazon or other related businesses that are super strict and the employees are all miserable.

A good group except for 1 slacker who brings the whole team down collectively with his poor attitude and work ethic. Select says pay is reflected by performance but at what point is someone so bad that they dont reserve any pay (fired)? Other than him my team is great and I look forward to see them

I do a lot outside of my specified job title, I am the back up for a lot of people so whenever someone is out, I am the person to be relied on and I think I should be better compensated for my efforts and abilities. I always show up to work prepared to do my best and could earn more $ somewhere else
