The sense of accomplishment that being on a small team provides. We make products that are used by millions of people and each member of the team has a big impact on our success.

Communication and caring. I work with a group of talented people that all know their jobs well and work well together. We play table tennis at work and eat together. I genuinely like everyone I work with. Part of being in this small company is that the CEO knows everyone and cares.
