Listening to the people actually doing all the work, invest more in employee education and culture, actually attend and provide more value to meetings instead of complaining, be more forward thinking and open to change, and limit the toxic animosity.
Not micromanaging. You hire people based on having skills and taking their own initiative, not so you can double check and change everything they do. Furthermore, stop making awful biz dev deals with your "friends". Put the business first and let your employees innovate.
