My team is the reason I come to work. They are some of the brightest and most pleasant people I have ever met, and they are always willing to help with whatever they can. My coworkers are very kind and hard working people.

I feel like my direct supervisor genuinely cares about me, and does their best to support my team. On the other hand, senior leadership outside of our department does not interact in a sincere way, just the usual corporate doublespeak when confronted with issues they have a hand in creating.
