It's all smoke and mirrors. Garbage.
Give middle managers more power. Stop concentrating power at the top. Diversify revenue from a few top devs and stop building a million features. Simplify the SDK.
The CEO, CRO, and CTO need to learn how to treat people with respect. Don't automatically jump to "but I built a $1Billion company so I must know everything" mentality. You all don't know that much and that's why your company is tanking and everyone is leaving. Listen to and empower those you hire.
