The teamwork is incredible. Yes, everyone is responsible for their own work but if help is needed, it's given and that type of support is really great.

The interview process was formal but once I was called in to speak with my supervisor, she made it very easy to talk to her and calm my nerves.

Everyone is friendly. I haven't come across anyone yet that hasn't been kind to me. It makes this a very welcoming environment, even for those that are shy or new.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
The independence. Everyone understands their role here and what they should and shouldn't do. I like that I am not micromanaged. It keeps the stress level down and that keeps me happy.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
I really love that there is a benefits package for everyone, no matter their circumstances. I do wish there was more room for promotions based on performance and the capability for growth. Overall though, the compensation is fair.
