How employees describe working at SSM Healthcare
I was able to allow my personality to show through and the managers could see how positive and bubbly I am. Questions weren't very difficult to come up with an answer to and everything I said was from my heart. They appreciated it.

I like wirking for SSM but i think there are things that can be improved on. The insurance should be better for hospital employees.
While doing this in-service, I am not referring to the other technicians I work with. I love the staff I actually work with.

Easy but long process.

15 for the one on one but 30 for the peer interview.
How do I do well in an interview at SSM Healthcare?
Be honest! Don't "toot your own horn". Teamwork is a big priority. Know the mission statement and how it applies to you as a team member.
How can I improve my chances of being hired at SSM Healthcare?
The expectation is that a person would either have a 4 year degree or 2 years and commensurate experience. The ability to be analytical and intuitive while being able to deliver a positive customer experience is key.

Back in June when I gave notice after forty two years of service I was sent Cobra rates through work day. When my Cobra packet arrives two days before my final day the rates were almost twice as high as quoted. Such a terrible mistake .
