How employees describe working at SSM Healthcare

I like wirking for SSM but i think there are things that can be improved on. The insurance should be better for hospital employees.

While doing this in-service, I am not referring to the other technicians I work with. I love the staff I actually work with.

They are personable and down to earth

SSM has a severe lack in patient advocacy. As a "customer" with chronic health issues, the degree of misdiagnosing, medical gaslighting and unwillingness to work with patients to receive testing with urgency is astounding.

I just left due to being underpaid and undervalued. Staffing was a joke.
