How employees describe working at MERCY HEALTH

Poor management. If you go on long term disability which they offer you lose your job. Lots of clicks and you are being defensive if you have an opinion. Employees get one sided stories/opinions in their workday and HR isnt for helping employees at all. No bonuses. Gifts to advertise. Not a ministry

Very friendly, work to life balance is exceptional, managers are hired based upon skill

  • The culture is not great. Punitive more than supportive. Staff:patient ratio is bad which makes everyone unhappy and unsafe but administration doesn’t seem to care.

  • Great. We are patient centered and as an IT tech I am Customer centered.
