My husband is in Toledo Hospital transfered from Flower Hospital. Flower Hospital was great. Toledo we are very unhappy with the way we were put in limbo as to when he was having surgery and exactly until Thursday 5/1 at 11:15am. Transfered wed 4/30 at 1am to Toledo. Please get back with me!

  • Real honest fiscal accountability. True professional leaders who invest in the development of their people. Culture starts from the top down and requires leaders to effectively communicate a simple, clear mission driven message. Some of the managers and mid-level managers i see dont seem to want to do the hard work of changing culture. It is hard work. But worth it in the end.

  • I would say, based on the nearly 1 billion $$ of infrastructure projects underway in the city. One can easily see the priorities for Promedica. However, the staff/patients ratios seem to be such that staff is overwhelmed and angry.
