Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Horrible leadership. Awful leadership nonetheless

Supporting their staff and finding ways to make their employees feel important and noticed when they put in hard work.

Communication plays a big role.

Review from Operations Dept

Managing according to the core values of our organization

Review from Operations Dept

Shadowing our positions before making changes or dictating new policies, which will not work. Communication

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Paid time off for ones, family, holidays.

The PTO is fantastic and our 403 is matched.

Fair salary good benefits great boss

My salary and my benefits

Review from Operations Dept

Everything i wanted is in my package. it is perfect for my family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Increase hourly and yearly salary

They're very awful, rude and totally inconsiderate

Leadership does not value employees, very demeaning culture

Raises were horrible. After a crazy year of Covid and the organization making all the money it did in 2020, and the over $230,000.00 a year top executives are making, it would be nice to not be the lowest paying hospital in the area.

Offer better pay that is more competitive than other providers in the area and offer benefits or at least health insurance to their employees. Give bonuses or raises that make their employees feel like the hard work they put in is noticed and appreciated.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

They care. Most are hard working. Most check on each other and back you up.

They work hard and are very dedicated

Review from Operations Dept

hardworking and very nice people

Review from Operations Dept

we have to work very hard to get the work done

we work together well and go out of our way to help one another

Review from Operations Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

They're are rude and disrespectful to disabled workers

Team is very good, leadership is not

Work harder and take on more work so that I am not stuck doing so much as one person for the same pay.

Really can't assess as the workload is so heavy we don't really have time to interact

Review from Operations Dept

managers need improving but everything else is great.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

The patients and the staff most definitely.

The immediate supervisor and the people in our department.

Everyone works together as a team

Review from Operations Dept

I think that trying to create good patient care

most people are very unhappy about the work and low compensation

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Less stress, more appreciation, incentives for hard work

New management who are less punatice

Review from Operations Dept

Administration needs to learn to listen to the people actually doing the job.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

I was hired and given opportunity

Friendliness of staff and touring the facility.

Laid back and was not the usual pressure of an interview, it felt more like I was talking to someone casually about my experience rather than being judged and graded on every answer I gave.

I was treated fairly like a person not a employee

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
