A positive environment to learn and grow
One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. I had a manager who was the most negative, person, and thought she needed to yell at people to get her way. I didn't fit in her "clique" so when I left, she made my next experiences difficult. I had no where to go within the company because of her.
