Getting paid better to reduce the high turnover rate
They don't care about there employees. More money, more time off, less hassle.
Fairl supervisors that see people as equals
For the amount of work involved, I should be paid a lot more.
There is no reward for consistency in good behavior, and no punishment for lazy behaviors left unseen

They are simple, you cucks

People who are not friends with the supervisor and recieving favortism

I would say it would be dealing with the FTE symbol for the company that we contract to really

Flexibility when it comes to the amount of days per week that you would like to work.
It has a very diverse population

Straight forward questions, no bs.
No qualifications necessary and got hire within the same day of interview.
Seemed very positive. Behavior based interviews I was able to use real life experiences
very conversational and true to the position

You cant because you are worthless

When it's 5'o clock Friday. Just keeping it honest.
