I love what I do and what we make. I always take pride and do my job to the best of my abilities. I am always looking to learn something new everyday.
Very positive with the company, goals, and personnel.
After starting out as an intern, to hiring on full time, to now participating in a entry-level/mid-level career rotation program, I feel as though I have had plenty of opportunities both at work through the challenges I have taken part in, in addition to trainings and new roles I have earned.
Textron has been very good to me. If you vocalize your wants and needs, in my experience. They are met!
I feel unappreciated most of the time and left behind using old and outdated machinery
