The Wine Group in Ripon will work you six days a week twelve hours a day a constantly threaten to fire you for anything . The graveyard shift foreman are the worst in the entire company , they create bullying back stabing among emploees even though the company claims to not allow this behaivor .

The graveyard manager works hard for her employees unforunately the two foreman need to be replaced along with the inventory control coordinator the place is full of damaged leaking items . How this is ok with them is alarming.

Retrain or replace the graveyard foreman . They dont train their new employees instead they have another employee teach you for all of one shift . Then exspect you to understad it all and if you dont theyll wait until your 90 days is up and fire you . Then on to the next rotating door employee .
