culture and the people in the company

The people I get to work with.

Communication and follow through. The problem is they have never done the job that they are in charge of. Our employee development is trash. Training is non existent and is ofyen bypassed due to being busy.

Depending on department, the majority consensus from my experience is The Wine Group takes care of their employees. I've talked with many people from different sites and this tends to be a universal trait. The negatives were mainly Union related issues but I was not given any information as to why.

I really like working for The Wine Group. Great coworkers, good leadership and I'm paid well.
