The Wine Group Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership does take the time to listen and have a pretty much open door policy. Which i believe is very inviting for change, and ways to better the backbone of TWG. My department offers room to grow, and ways to do so. But this varies.

Leadership takes an active role in employee satisfaction and is accessible.

They want to make thing work right- they are driven

The leadership team is solid and keeps their employees at top of mind. Especially during the pandemic, leadership provided good communication and took measures early to keep the employees and business safe.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and follow through. The problem is they have never done the job that they are in charge of. Our employee development is trash. Training is non existent and is ofyen bypassed due to being busy.

The graveyard manager works hard for her employees unforunately the two foreman need to be replaced along with the inventory control coordinator the place is full of damaged leaking items . How this is ok with them is alarming.
