Much of the leadership team, including the CEO, are approachable easy to talk to, and seem to genuinely want people to be set up for success. Many of the core problems exist at the director and manager level, where people are not managing their teams.
I am treated poorly. The upper management is very controlling and authoritative. They are rude and bullying towards me.
It was a fast process, no complaints
Toxic culture, lots of fear around stability and job security, low morale
Toxic, not for their people, they target maternity and paternity employees, also only have about three referenceable client who are half launched or dont have the product we sell. There is no integrity on the leadership team. All they do is lie and point fingers
