Much of the leadership team, including the CEO, are approachable easy to talk to, and seem to genuinely want people to be set up for success. Many of the core problems exist at the director and manager level, where people are not managing their teams.
The way they treat employees is horrible. They micromanage. They try to control your personal life. As soon as I find a other job I am leaving this company due to the toxic workplace environment. The executives play favorites with employees, I am not treated fairly.
