Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Much of the leadership team, including the CEO, are approachable easy to talk to, and seem to genuinely want people to be set up for success. Many of the core problems exist at the director and manager level, where people are not managing their teams.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The way they treat employees is horrible. They micromanage. They try to control your personal life. As soon as I find a other job I am leaving this company due to the toxic workplace environment. The executives play favorites with employees, I am not treated fairly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare premiums are completely covered
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You have to fight for bonuses and your commission owed.
I was never given the bonus or raise that they promised me even though my performance has been rated as above average
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great coworkers that became close friends
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one trusts each other
Everything. The upper management has created a hostile atmosphere and it shows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are bright and great to be around

2 interviews should be enough. No need for 5 interviews.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Were not delivering to customers and theyre cancelling their business
There is too much corruption in the company. An outside regulatory board needs to review this place. We should unionize.
