The people are great people. It would be exceptionally difficult to leave this company knowing how wonderful my coworkers are and that we're actually doing good for people.

They're open to new ideas and helpful when challenges arise. I can trust them to care about me as a person, not just the business success. They're smart, driven, and care deeply.

My team is very smart, hard working, and trustworthy. I know they care and are doing their best, even if we have different ways of approaching a problem. In the end, we'll work together to get to a good solution.

They're open to new ideas, they communicate well and frequently, and they care about me and what's in the company's best interest. I trust them completely to make the right choices for our company to not just do well but to thrive.

I work with great people. My boss is exceptional - she does great work, leads by example, and produces great results herself. She drives me to be better. My coworkers are my friends, and who doesn't want to spend all day with friends?

I was acquired during an acquisition - I didn't have an interview. In the interviews I've participated in, however, I appreciate that it's a group effort to get to know someone and that we look for smart, hard-working people vs. just someone with a shiny resume.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
Great efforts are made when we're in the office to make it a fun place to be - scavenger hunts, game competitions, lunches, etc. all make it fun. We also have a hybrid environment, so there's a good balance of in and out of office flexibility. Also strong leadership that serve as good role models.
