Company leadership team is authentic and very supportive to feedback

They're very smart and open to communication and collaboration. They work really hard but enjoy having fun as well. They're honest and direct.

Open door policy, invested in me as a person, fun and relatable people who want to do good work and appreciate everyone's talents. I feel safe and appreciated by them.

Very low compensation structure and hourly rate in comparison to what one can get as an independent agent.

I feel as though the leadership is undervaluing and underpaying the agents, who are the ones making the company money. Depending on how many sales an agent has for the month, there may not be any commission paid to them, and that minimum is consistently going up every month.

The company has different cultures, and I get to interact with them.

People genuinely care and are very direct

We don't quit! When we fail we get back up quicker than you can clock out mistakes. We do a lot of events to keep things interesting, pajama days and spirit weeks.

The company culture is the best I've experienced in a very ling time. Inclusive to all people

The people are great people. It would be exceptionally difficult to leave this company knowing how wonderful my coworkers are and that we're actually doing good for people.

If the company cared about their employees

Transparency and honesty. Management gaslights.

I believe the commission needs to be more fair to the agents doing the work, and be available at the beginning of the month. I also would like to see top agents help responsible for their non-compliance. The most praised agents, also getting paid the most, are getting there by abusing the system.

A value needs to be put on the quality of the enrollment instead of the quantity of enrollments. These are people's lives we're changing. There are a lot of people working here that view these vulnerable people as a paycheck and nothing else.

I get to help review clients' applications and make sure they are happy with what they have.

The people - Everyone is so supportive and it feels like a family

Remote work and a leadership team that cares about the team.

I work with great people. My boss is exceptional - she does great work, leads by example, and produces great results herself. She drives me to be better. My coworkers are my friends, and who doesn't want to spend all day with friends?

As far as how customers perceive the business, we are ruining our reputation by calling customers every two hours every day - this does not make them want to work with us. Also telling them we received a request from them when their information was given by their insurance company is misleading.

Any concerns staff voice 9/10 we are told to deal with it. Upper management wants to pretend everything is fine and that the staff is expendable.
