Shop is completely falling around and failing. GM keeps having mental breaks belittling and disrespecting employees same goes for the PM. We can't get the supplies we need and when we run out it's us guys in the shops fault and we keep losing people to the way they are being treated. No training too

For my shop supervisor to be allowed to run a shop. GM and PM always full of negativity quick to shut anybody down. Also very quick to pass the blame.

I try my hardest every day to get everything done and to even be ahead. It is never enough none of us move fast enough or there's something wrong with this or that. But the bosses can't even tell us what we're doing wrong so how can we fix it
