What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lumber everywhere plastic straps all over the place slippery when wet
Very respectful and everyone tries to work together
Nobody breathes down your neck about timed projects. Any mistakes are spoken about and handled without shaming me or otherwise going out of the way to make me look the fool; immense credit to the supervisor
We are a team and work together on everything

there was none. Not to some of us that had been there for the longest
Any mistakes are used as a learning and awareness opportunity always someone within shouting distance that doesn't mind lending a hand of need be. An we all get along really well
We get paid is the only positive thing. And that isn't even that good because they don't want to pay you. They take hours from you if your not careful.
The leadership, even though we are experiencings low sales they are very understanding and have made several communications for us not to stress and so the best we can.

I think we're very open. People talk, people know each other, and we're encouraged to know about all aspects of the company, not just what we do as an individual.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You need to change what you want you do
For my shop supervisor to be allowed to run a shop. GM and PM always full of negativity quick to shut anybody down. Also very quick to pass the blame.
Get new management and better training
The surprises the people running it in St.louis they dont know how to run it
Less hours better pay and appreciation
