How easy it is for people to apply
Admittedly, post-interview, I see that the truth was severely stretched about my chances of advancement or increased pay. It's frustrating that the interview process wasn't more accurate/truthful
Very open and fun, wasn't a nervous situation.

Yes, they did ask about my skills and problem solving; but I like that they actually wanted to get to know me a little to see if this job fit my life.
