Very inclusive, and the ramp up/on boarding process is great, but the materials are written by people who have worked here for sometime and make a lot of assumptions. Also some of the material was out of date.
The interview was relevant to the role. The questions asked and technical assessments were directly relevant and the people facilitating the interview from the recruiter, coordinator and interview panel were all very professional and responsive.

How's the morale at Unity Technologies?
Relatively poor in some areas
Terrible. Management is embroiled in an absurd amount of politicking, which results in an unnecessary amount of reorgs as individuals attempt to absorb other teams and/or discredit others. Engineers wind up as collateral damage in their director's quest for power, and with this level of hostility between teams, almost zero developmental progress is made.
How's the morale at Unity?
now a days- not good
Depends on the team but mostly very great and positive - the culture here is awesome (again, some teams only)

How would you compare interviewing at Unity to other places you've interviewed?
Every interviewer asked the same questions: very basic, about my background, interest in the role, etc. Didn't feel challenged or particularly engaging, employees seemed like it was a chore to have to sit with me.
How secure do you feel at your job at Unity Technologies?
Secure only if I don't aspire to accomplish anything. The minute you "stand out", you're a target - either in the form of another team wanting to poach your, or another team wanting to steal the work you did to claim as their own (or to criticize the work so that you can be eliminated as a potential adversary).
What unique perks and benefits does Unity Technologies provide?
The 2018 benefits announcement included extended coverage / access to mental health resources (therapy, etc.), presumably due to the inordinate amount of stress employees endure in the midst of power-grabbing and organizational instability.
What's the office layout like at Unity Technologies?
Open floor plan.
How much diversity is there among employees at Unity Technologies?
Minimal. Very few female engineers, and almost zero females in leadership roles within the engineering org.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Unity Technologies?
The degree of "fiefdom" within the company. Everyone is hell-bent on protecting their domain, and any type of innovation that unifies processes across teams is met with skeptical hostility, particularly out of fear that such innovation with reduce the power of the particular "fiefdom".
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Unity?
I would propose an initiative to limit the number of contracts a supervisor is expected to work under. My supervisor is distracted and busy. The only way to get attention from the leaders is to fail to meet contractural obligations. The general attitude of "make it happen" is rampant across my contract. The attitude breeds an environment of deadly accountability for things beyond the control of an individual. Supervisors are blind to red flags and other warning signs. My efforts in pointing out problems have received little response. Most recently, I have been barred from conversing directly with the client-side supervisors. At this point, it's safer to watch things burn than get involved. That needs changing.
What do people at Unity think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO is not interested in the fine details of his company. He is occupied with marketing to new clients and completing the separation from Kemtah to focus on anything else.
What's the interview process like at Unity?
