Terrible. Management is embroiled in an absurd amount of politicking, which results in an unnecessary amount of reorgs as individuals attempt to absorb other teams and/or discredit others. Engineers wind up as collateral damage in their director's quest for power, and with this level of hostility between teams, almost zero developmental progress is made.
