Not really anything. The interviews are not genuine. Mostly the job openings with a future are awarded to friends or family members of an executive.

Most employees are insecure and unwilling to share any information mostly because Vectrus maintains an intimidating work environment and makes employees train their replacements if an employee voices concern about their environment.

Leadership does not communicate with their general population of employees. They keep themselves isolated and locked behind closed doors. If you see them in hallway, they do their best to not look at you to avoid starting a conversation . It's so awkward.
