What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not neglecting the human aspects of what makes it worthwhile working at their locations
Try speaking with someone other than a manager for an opinion. Try two get both sides to a story before you form an opinion. A plethora of other things that one should not need to tell leadership and yet here we are.
Focus on retention through more transparency of the position, necessities of what will be required, and a structured training with documentation to refer to in order to avoid arguments in front of the customer by seasoned employees and supervisors.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zero benefits offered and very difficult to find answers to questions regarding housing and quality of life, such as internet access,
sm and asm do not interact with the staff
No appreciation of work put in
There are not any award programs
When you have 3 adults in one apartment and not let them have a life or somewhat a life being in this country, it is an insult to people. We are adults, not children that need to be micromanaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
sharing the correct info and looking after each other.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Yes, it's like a big high school. Everyone is sleeping with each other, constant gossip on top of that no one knows how to keep business and personal separate
Once a person is trained and in a position, they are left to do that task even though the small team is supposed to be cross-trained for redundant coverage. No assigned trainers, zero training documentation, and no training dates/times are scheduled.

Put people in charge that has been or know the position well
Stop the gossip, stop the unnecessary drama, start growing up and acting like adults. To many people that complain about everything and love to wine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The men and women you work alongside. This company dont care at all about the employees

We have freedom to take lunch times and breaks at times we choose. I dont feel discrimination or sexism has ever been an issue

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Put people in right positions
You have employees that have to work 16 sometimes 18 hours and only get paid for 12. That is illegal and they should be compensated properly.
This company needs to value their employees and make sure they given time to take vacations and holidays.
Communication and Praise should be a regular
Positive, personal and proactive engagement from the top instead of hiding behind closed doors.

Not really anything. The interviews are not genuine. Mostly the job openings with a future are awarded to friends or family members of an executive.

Treat people with respect and stop lying to them about their salary on the offer letter. Be honest, truthful and respectful.
Workers union to fight back against the illegal and unethical company practices would actually be useful here.
