A tricky question, since the threat of the LOGCAP-V pay drop makes the environment tense and negative while efforts of the execs to project a plastic motivational boost are offensive. We work for money, and to pretend anything else while hoarding profits from the people who do the work is wrong.

Put people in right positions
You have employees that have to work 16 sometimes 18 hours and only get paid for 12. That is illegal and they should be compensated properly.
This company needs to value their employees and make sure they given time to take vacations and holidays.
Communication and Praise should be a regular
Positive, personal and proactive engagement from the top instead of hiding behind closed doors.
