- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Try speaking with someone other than a manager for an opinion. Try two get both sides to a story before you form an opinion. A plethora of other things that one should not need to tell leadership and yet here we are.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Once a person is trained and in a position, they are left to do that task even though the small team is supposed to be cross-trained for redundant coverage. No assigned trainers, zero training documentation, and no training dates/times are scheduled.
