Try speaking with someone other than a manager for an opinion. Try two get both sides to a story before you form an opinion. A plethora of other things that one should not need to tell leadership and yet here we are.
Focus on retention through more transparency of the position, necessities of what will be required, and a structured training with documentation to refer to in order to avoid arguments in front of the customer by seasoned employees and supervisors.

Stop letting employees sleep at their desk. Fire people and get people who can do the job right.

There are not any award programs
When you have 3 adults in one apartment and not let them have a life or somewhat a life being in this country, it is an insult to people. We are adults, not children that need to be micromanaged.
Once a person is trained and in a position, they are left to do that task even though the small team is supposed to be cross-trained for redundant coverage. No assigned trainers, zero training documentation, and no training dates/times are scheduled.
Communication in the work environment
Put people in charge that has been or know the position well
Stop the gossip, stop the unnecessary drama, start growing up and acting like adults. To many people that complain about everything and love to wine.
Most employees are insecure and unwilling to share any information mostly because Vectrus maintains an intimidating work environment and makes employees train their replacements if an employee voices concern about their environment.
Put people in right positions
You have employees that have to work 16 sometimes 18 hours and only get paid for 12. That is illegal and they should be compensated properly.
This company needs to value their employees and make sure they given time to take vacations and holidays.
Communication and Praise should be a regular
Positive, personal and proactive engagement from the top instead of hiding behind closed doors.
