Mr. Matthew M. Klein, also known as Matt, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Vectrus, Inc. since September 27, 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer since May 13, 2016 until August 15, 2016. Mr. Klein served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Mission Systems business at Exelis since May 2011 and also served as its Vice President. Mr. Klein was responsible for providing the strategic and operating direction for the finance organization of the Mission Systems business. Mr. Klein served as the Assistant Controller for ITT Electronic Systems, Communications Systems located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mr. Klein served in the ITT internal audit department leading various audits for units worldwide. He joined ITT Corporation in 1996. Prior to joining ITT Corporation in 1996, Mr. Klein served in a corporate accounting role for USG Corporation. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
