Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Zero benefits offered and very difficult to find answers to questions regarding housing and quality of life, such as internet access,
sm and asm do not interact with the staff
No appreciation of work put in
There are not any award programs
When you have 3 adults in one apartment and not let them have a life or somewhat a life being in this country, it is an insult to people. We are adults, not children that need to be micromanaged.
It has been years since the non-management team has received a raise that would be greater the 3%.

Vectrus is currently transitioning to the LOGCAP-V program from K-BOSSS and the entire time this is happening the executive team is broadcasting a dramatic drop in pay for the workforce, while boasting of record profits each qtr. Exploitation of the workers is wrong and irresponsible of leadership.
They go by the state standard but will change the position name so they can save money but you keep the same responsibilities.
