William Noon — Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Vice President at Vectrus

Mr. William B. Noon, also known as Bill, has been Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Vice President at Vectrus, Inc., since August 15, 2016. Mr. Noon has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience. Since April 2016 until August 2016, he provided consulting services to Vectrus as a sole practitioner on financial reporting activities. He was a Partner at TATUM, a Randstad company specializing in interim, project and search services at senior levels in accounting, finance and information technology. He served as Vice President of Finance of Mattersight Corporation since July 2012 until 2013 and served as its Chief Financial Officer and Vice President from February 2009 to July 2012 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Noon has been with eLoyalty for nine years. He served as Director, Financial Planning and Treasury of eLoyalty from 2000 to 2003 and its Corporate Controller from 2003 to 2004 and served as its Vice President for four years. Prior to joining eLoyalty, he spent ten years at Moore Corporation in various financial positions. Mr. Noon is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma.
