Every group is different. In my group there is a dhame culture for not being in the office 5 days a week. This has been since January. I can't take breaks, I eat at my desk. I only leave my desk for restroom breaks. It is also a culture of corporate fear. Be billeable or be gone. Mandated layoffs.

1. Trust your people. 2. Remote/Hybrid is thr new norm. There is no going back. If you force 5 days a week in office, be prepared to lose a lot of employees or to foster resentment amongst your team.
