Really good/extensive healthcare benefits and generous paternity/maternity program.
Base salary meets my expectations
Benefits concierge is always really helpful.
I believe I receive fair pay
Its a good salary for 40hrs a week but working weekends and giving up vacation i shoukd be making more
Feel the company should be the first to approach employees about pay increases. Not he other way around.
1. Trust your people. 2. Remote/Hybrid is thr new norm. There is no going back. If you force 5 days a week in office, be prepared to lose a lot of employees or to foster resentment amongst your team.
20-30% underpaid for the role, lack matching 401k and no annual bonus
My pay is lower than the average for my position. I am often overloaded with responsibilities and yet never feel like this is reflected in my pay or compensation package. The system for raises and promotions is severely lacking. I have seen both sides of it and there is no good process in place.
The technology department has huge issues not investing in growing their people and teaching leads how to manage a team
Smart and collaborative group of individuals

we have the shared vocabulary to talk about things like inclusion
Supportive and understanding. Value work-life balance.
Diverse team ready to help
VMLYR fosters a culture of belonging and inclusion
There are high expectations and unclear directions about what people should do to take on leadership roles and responsibilities. A bad combination.
Effort made toward company culture and making employees feel valued/happy.

The thorough process and the structure of the interviews
Review from Marketing Dept
Thorough. Brought me from out of state to see the office and gave me a thoughtful, detailed tour of the space and city.
Felt advocated for by those interviewing me.
I interviewed with knowledgeable people that could tell that I knew my stuff instead of with people that just don't understand the work.
Liked the straight forward questions

Always feel challenged and energized
Great work life balance. I don't generally feel overwhelmed at work.
The company culture of inclusion, authenticity and respect.
Your experience largely has to do with what project you are on. There has to be a way to streamline the cultural experience and expectations. Requires standards and guidance from tech leadership
