The most positive thing is being able to work from home and the coworkers I'm close to.
When I interviewed, really great recruiters and managers worked for the company. They were fast, thorough, responsive, and engaging. That's no longer the culture.
My team is full of hardworking, amazing human beings who are great at what they do. It's sad that this company takes advantage of their strong work ethic and drive.
I'm currently paid $50K below market and that's WITH earning consistent bonuses. It's insulting and ridiculous. Other RPOs pay much more. The salary offered is only competitive if you're fresh out of school and live in the middle of nowhere. Kudos points won't pay my rent.
Life is great until you have the courage to speak up. Management needs to rid the company of the bullies in middle management. If you speak up about problems, prepare to be targeted. They don't even follow their own HR policies and their practices are retaliatory and discriminatory.
Growth has shifted the mindset away from ethics. It's more important to meet unattainable goals. Don't speak up, or you'll have tools taken away or be written up for things no one else is audited about. Nepotism and favoritism are a real problem as is incompetent and petty leadership. No trust here
