The leadership team is very transparent!
My leadership is compassionate, transparent, they communicate frequently in good times and bad, and appreciate my time as much as their own. I feel we are truly a team and often collaborate, which reinforces my feelings of unity and understanding.
The leadership was transparent and cared about the employees during the pandemic.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Life is great until you have the courage to speak up. Management needs to rid the company of the bullies in middle management. If you speak up about problems, prepare to be targeted. They don't even follow their own HR policies and their practices are retaliatory and discriminatory.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits package is great
I'm so happy about the recent bump in the 401k matching.
The vision and dental package and the company match for my HSA is better than what I have experienced at previous companies. The thing that really sets Wilson apart is the MyTime PTO. Being able to easily pick when I need time off is much more convenient and less stressful.
Base salary is good, I do not have to rely on bonuses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm currently paid $50K below market and that's WITH earning consistent bonuses. It's insulting and ridiculous. Other RPOs pay much more. The salary offered is only competitive if you're fresh out of school and live in the middle of nowhere. Kudos points won't pay my rent.

They all really care about each other.
I feel that when we collaborate we are very effective,we can communicate easily and efficiently and understand one another's deadlines. There is no leaving anyone to foot the figurative bill, we work cohesively and do not leave blame for mistakes on one person, just strive to be even better.

The people MAKE this company, and it reflects in the culture.
There is a huge emphasis on diversity and inclusion that feels at the forefront of the company itself. It is really refreshing for this to not just be a bullet point, but an active part of the company culture and I am thrilled to be a part of it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
How fast it was and the communication with the recruiter

How friendly and knowledgeable my interviewer was. I didn't feel rushed and they were very helpful.
The quick turnaround time for results
It feels more like a conversation.
I did appreciate that they were very thorough in understanding my knowledge of the field I was getting into and that I had the correct experience required, however, it was also the most intimidating part as well.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Inform them which role they are being considered for. Provide updates to candidates. Do not leave them hanging with no next steps to look forward to for months.

The flexibility is second to none. You're trusted.
Having a really great manager who respects me and is easy to return the same level of respect and trust. I feel very appreciated and it is a first for me. It makes me want to do my very best at this job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Growth has shifted the mindset away from ethics. It's more important to meet unattainable goals. Don't speak up, or you'll have tools taken away or be written up for things no one else is audited about. Nepotism and favoritism are a real problem as is incompetent and petty leadership. No trust here
