The leadership team is very transparent!
My leadership is compassionate, transparent, they communicate frequently in good times and bad, and appreciate my time as much as their own. I feel we are truly a team and often collaborate, which reinforces my feelings of unity and understanding.

The WilsonHCG leadership team is available, hands on, and down to earth. They know where they came from, and they never forget that. It's enabled them to bring (and empower) everyone else along for the ride.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Life is great until you have the courage to speak up. Management needs to rid the company of the bullies in middle management. If you speak up about problems, prepare to be targeted. They don't even follow their own HR policies and their practices are retaliatory and discriminatory.
