In 1994, Udell expanded his vision and was determined to provide the general public with an easy way to find affordable term life insurance. AccuQuote was formed and it was a pioneer in providing free term life insurance quotes online. Since that time, AccuQuote has helped hundreds of thousands of consumers compare term life insurance quotes, in addition to providing comprehensive, yet easily understandable information about term life insurance at AccuQuote.com.
Byron holds a Bachelors Degree (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. He also holds a Law Degree (JD) from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law. He resides in Northbrook, Ill., with his wife Frani and their three children.

Executive VP’s need to stop hiring their family members, personal friends and previous coworkers. Be consistent and post ALL positions internally. Give employees the opportunity to advance or move around in the company. Be honest, have integrity and stop the smoke and mirrors.

The management team is frustrated with lack of resources and expected to work extremely long hours so, it’s natural for them to manage their teams the same way. The culture needs to improve at the top, we are not a sweat shop. Performance reviews need to be made a priority and given on time.

We need consistent, honest messages about company goals and success or “lack there of” from leadership. Everyone is on different pages and a lot of positions have dissolved and it feels unstable.
