Mr. Dennis J. Gilles, also known as Dan, has been an Executive Advisor of U.S. Geothermal Inc. since July 18, 2017. Mr. Gilles served as the Chief Executive Officer at U.S. Geothermal Inc. since April 19, 2013 until July 18, 2017. Mr. Gilles served as Senior Vice President of Renewables Growth of Calpine Corp., he was responsible for strategically growing its renewable energy portfolio. Mr. Gilles has 29 years of experience related to the management, operation, maintenance, engineering, construction and administration of power and petrochemical plants and their related facilities. He has been with Calpine for 18 years. Mr. Gilles served as Senior Vice President of Western Region & Geothermal Power Operations of Calpine Corp., where he was responsible for its operating portfolio of clean, efficient and reliable natural gas-fired and geothermal power plants in the U.S. western markets. He led the team for Calpine in the late 1990s. He is actively involved in advancing legislation to stimulate growth in the geothermal industry, as well as active in improving the knowledge and interest of the public and government, at the local, state and federal levels. He serves as Chairman of the Board of the Geothermal Energy Association. He serves as Vice President on the Executive Board of the Geothermal Resource Council. He served as a Director of U.S. Geothermal Inc. since September 2011 until July 6, 2017. He is a California registered Mechanical Engineer. Mr. Gilles has a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University and an Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Mr. Jonathan Zurkoff has been an Executive Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at U.S. Geothermal Inc. since September 2011. Mr. Zurkoff served as Vice President of Finance at U.S. Geothermal Inc. from June 2009 to September 2011. Mr. Zurkoff served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tamarack Resort LLC. He has an uncommon range of experience gained from a large, world-class engineering and construction firm as well as from entrepreneurial technology based start-up companies. He has also delved into a variety of disciplines including finance, sales and marketing, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, construction, software development and environmental management. Mr. Zurkoff initially came to Boise in 1989 to work with Morrison Knudsen Corporation (now Washington Group International) where he served numerous managerial positions over six years. Since then, he served in various executive and consulting roles for Washington Group International, American Ecology and high-tech start-ups Phonerun and Bricsnet. Mr. Zurkoff holds a B.S. from Rutgers University in Geology, an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Kerry D. Hawkley has been the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of U.S. Geothermal Inc. since January 1, 2005 and has been its Controller since July 2003 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Hawkley has over 30 years experience in all areas of accounting, finance and administration. Mr. Hawkley has also provided and continues to provide, consulting services to Triumph Gold Corp. Since July 2003. Mr. Hawkley served as Controller and Treasurer of LB Industries from 1998 to June 2003. Mr. Hawkley started his career as an Internal Auditor with Union Pacific Corporation and has held various accounting management positions in the oil and gas, truck leasing, mining and energy industries. He served as a Director of LB Industries from 1998 to June 2003. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Accounting and Finance.
