Suterra is more exciting, interesting, and challenging than I expected. The people, products, and drive to succeed makes it an awesome place to work. Plus stepping outside and seeing the mountains is a great plus!

Leadership is always trying to replace you with what they think is father to the right on the curve. Pay is significantly lower than comparable jobs in the area. I hear we don't have to pay as much because we are in Bend.
